We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a large outpatient primary care practice in the McAllen/Edinburg, Texas area. This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary plus wRVU incentives, along with flexible scheduling options such as 4-day workweeks with 10-hour shifts. You will be able to focus on delivering essential primary care services while working alongside a collaborative care team within a multispecialty group of over 100 providers. Quick Facts

Location: BRAND NEW CLINIC IN TRES LAGOS, MCALLEN TX Support / Care Team: Collaborative multidisciplinary team of more than 100 physicians and specialists
Practice Setting: Large outpatient primary care group within a multispecialty networknd specialists
EMR / Technology: Comprehensive electronic medical record system Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
Document care using the group's EMR system Compensation & Benefits
